Washington Water Power Central Service Facility
Built in 1959, the former Washington Water Power Central Service Facility is now home to Avista Utilities, and is an example of the Curtain Wall style. The structure was selected by the Spokane Chapter of the AIA for outstanding architecture, and won a National AIA award the year it was constructed. This building is currently not open to the public, but may be best viewed from Upriver Drive.
