Studio Apartment Block
Built in 1949 by Royal McClure and Tomas R. Adkison, the Studio Apartment Block was regarded as one of the earliest expressions of modernism in Spokane. Revealing strong influence from the International Style, the building served as an inspiration for contemporaneous architects seeking to bring modernism to Spokane.
